At Shades By Niko, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your eyewear, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
